Spare Parts For 21 Plank Cargo Floor Moving Floor System For Sale - plastic bearing and components.

This section is specifically the Cargo Floor 21 plank system.

The plastic bearing and components sit above the drive mechanism and below the planks. They provide the support and rubbing surface that holds the planks up and allows them to rub back and forth. As a rubbing surface the nylon bearings will wear out. They tend to rub out more towards the rear doors of the trailer because they are taking the most friction or wear as the whole load travels over the back. They will need replacing from time to time.

The 21 plank system means the number of planks that cover the floor of the trailer. If you open the doors of your trailer and you have enough fingers and toes and you get to 21 then this is the system in the trailer. Within the 21 plank system there a number of plank options and bearer options.
