This section is specifically the Cargo Floor 24 plank system.

The plastic bearing and components sit above the drive mechanism and below the alloy planks. They act as the rubbing surface and support surface for the floor above and the trailer chassis or sub- floor below. As they receive all the friction and wear they will need replacement from time to time.

The 24 plank system means the number of planks that cover the floor of the trailer. If you open the doors of your trailer and you have enough fingers and toes and you get to 24 then this is the system in the trailer. Within the 24 plank system there a number of plank options and bearer options.

The 24 plank system from Cargo Floor was supplied in the 1980 and 1990 era. There is a strong chance if your trailer is newer than 2003 that you do not have a Cargo Floor system in the trailer and it is another manufacturer of floor systems - if so you are now in the wrong section -start again you fool!!
