This profile falls under what is referred to as dedicated profiles. These are moving floor profiles that have been especially designed for the transport of special (usually extreme) product groups. This Xtreme heavy duty impact aluminium floor profile has been developed as an alternative for steel floor profiles with an even better impact resistance, better sealing and being more interesting from a price perspective. It is the world's most robust aluminium moving floor of its kind. This profile has an extremely high impact resistance because of the three raised round contours and the profile can be easily cleaned because of the round forms. Wet and dusty products will flow back to the "bowl-shaped channels" and therefore moisture, mud and dust can be easily drained to the outside and basically cannot leak through the floor. The seal will be co-protected because of this. The profile is, however, less suitable for the transport of pallets and packaged goods because they must be loaded and unloaded using a forklift truck!
