Cargo Floor CF500 SL-2 & SLC B-Control Valve Complete with T-Bar - Manual Switch-Over - 2007 Onwards

Genuine Cargo Floor complete B-control valve block (Cargo Floor “Control valve 02 B-operation (complete)”, part no. 8370042), supplied complete with T-bar. Fits CF500 SL-2 and CF500 SLC moving floor systems from around 2007 onwards, where the drive unit and control valve are mounted on the outside of the chassis. Solenoid and seals for this valve are available separately (see below).

B-control or E-control?

There are two types of complete control valve block for the CF500 SL-2 and SLC. Please check which one is fitted before ordering:

• B-control (this part) – manual switch-over between load and unload using a T-bar.
• E-control – electronic switching by wander lead remote or wireless remote. This is the more common type in the UK. See N1000322 (7370017).

Which Cargo Floor system do I have?

• CF300 – the original system, followed by the CF500
• CF500 SL1 – drive unit in the centre of the chassis (approx. Dec 2002 to Sept 2006) – this valve does not fit
• CF500 SL-2 – drive unit on the outside of the chassis (approx. 2007 onwards)
• CF500 SLC – the newer version, fitted as standard from March 2014
